3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shiny Bee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If your order is lost or delayed, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

6. International Shipping
